Never Let Your Business Stop
Even when the power goes out, keep your production, sales and customer trust running without interruption.
Slide 1 of 4: Never Let Your Business Stop
INDUSTRIES THAT NEED GENERATORS
The areas where a power outage carries the highest cost.
View all industriesOperating theatres, intensive care and imaging equipment cannot tolerate a long outage. With an ATS panel, the generator starts automatically when the grid goes down and keeps your critical loads running.
An outage means data loss and stopped business. The right kVA sizing, a proper installation and 24/7 service keep your IT infrastructure up.
A stopped line, a ruined batch, a late order. We make your production independent of grid outages and keep the line running.
Keep lifts, cooling, lighting and security systems running. Do not let your guest experience be left in the dark.
Work even where there is no grid. Reliable diesel generator solutions for tower cranes, breakers and site lighting.
How We Work
From the first call to after-sales service, the whole generator process runs from a single source.
Free Site Survey and kVA Sizing
We come to your site and measure your real power requirement. Without the right kVA, a generator is either undersized or oversized and wastes money.
- On-site survey and load analysis
- Clear kVA calculation for your needs
- Assessment of installation site, exhaust and ventilation

Choosing the Right Generator
Based on the survey we decide on the right model together, with a clear recommendation for your noise, space and budget constraints.
- Diesel generators from 10 to 1100 kVA
- Enclosed (silent) or open type
- Automatic transfer switch (ATS) for automatic start on power loss

Installation and Commissioning
Transport, installation, electrical connections and commissioning tests are on us. We hand the generator over running and ready.
- Installation, exhaust and fuel line
- Electrical connections and ATS integration
- Load test, commissioning and operator training

24/7 Service and Spare Parts
The job does not end at installation. Periodic maintenance, 24/7 emergency service and spare parts supply keep your generator always ready.
- 24/7 emergency service on breakdown
- Periodic maintenance and inspection
- Spare parts supply

The process starts with a free site survey. Get a quote for the right generator for your business.
ABOUT US
A New Brand, Years of Field Experience
Nidexa Generators was founded in 2026 in Maltepe, Istanbul. We may be a young brand, but we did not start from scratch. Behind us stands an organisation that has been active in the diesel generator sector since 2019, and a team that has spent years within it.
Sales, installation, commissioning and technical service. Our team learned this trade in the field, not behind a desk. We know at which load a generator struggles, and which installation mistake comes back as a breakdown months later.
That is why we do not start by selling a product. We start with a free site survey and the right kVA calculation. Our goal is not to sell you a generator, but to leave you with a business that keeps running when the power goes out.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What You Are Probably Wondering
The questions we are asked most often when buying a generator, and honest answers to them.
Cannot find your question here?
Let's talk on the phone. No sales pressure, just what actually fits you.
0501 596 5246It depends on the total power of the equipment that will run at the same time and on the surge current at start-up. Motors, compressors, lifts and cooling units draw several times their rated current the moment they start, so simply adding up the nameplate ratings is misleading and usually ends in an undersized generator. The right answer needs an on-site measurement. Our site survey is free: we measure your real load and size the kVA accordingly.
If the generator will sit near people, neighbours or a residential area, you need an enclosed unit. The canopy noticeably reduces noise and also protects the unit from rain, dust and sun. If it will live in a separate generator room or somewhere noise is not an issue, an open-type unit is the more economical choice. During the survey we see the installation site and tell you clearly which one suits you.
An ATS, or automatic transfer switch, starts the generator automatically when the grid fails, transfers the load to it, and hands the load back to the grid when power returns. Without an ATS, someone has to start the generator by hand at every outage. We recommend an ATS if outages can happen at night, if there is no permanent staff on site, or if damage can occur before anyone notices the outage.
A generator with an ATS panel starts the moment it detects the outage and takes over the load within a few seconds. So there is a very short interruption. If you have loads that cannot tolerate even one second, such as servers, imaging equipment or sensitive production control systems, an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is needed alongside the generator. The UPS bridges those few seconds and the generator covers the long outage. They are not alternatives to each other, they are complementary.
Yes, it is free. The on-site survey and the kVA calculation cost you nothing. At the end of it we give you a clear quote, and whether you go ahead is entirely up to you. You are under no obligation.
We offer diesel generators from 10 kVA to 1100 kVA. This includes enclosed (silent) and open-type options, automatic transfer switches (ATS) and spare parts supply. On the engine side we work with Baudouin, Perkins, Ricardo, Yangdong and Shanghai Dongfeng. After the survey we decide together which engine fits your running hours, your budget and your spare parts expectations.
The interval depends on running hours and on how the unit is used. A generator that runs continuously and a standby unit that starts only a few times a year do not share the same maintenance schedule. After installation we draw up a maintenance plan that matches your usage. Regular test runs matter too on standby units: you want to know your generator actually starts before you need it, not at the moment you need it.
You can reach our 24/7 service line at any hour. Once we have your fault report, we dispatch our team to the site as soon as possible. The response time depends on your location and on the nature of the fault, so we give you a realistic estimate on the phone.
