Maintenance and Technical Service
On-site periodic maintenance and technical service for diesel generator sets from 10 kVA to 1100 kVA, covering engine, fuel system, battery, alternator and control panel checks, load testing and documented service records.
Periodic Maintenance and Technical Service for Diesel Generators
Nidexa carries out on-site periodic maintenance and technical service for diesel generator sets from 10 kVA to 1100 kVA. A running hour based maintenance plan brings the engine, fuel system, battery and charging circuit, alternator and control panel into a single inspection routine. Under a maintenance agreement, planned visits keep the set ready to accept load when it is called upon. Service is provided throughout Türkiye and abroad.
Engine and Fuel System Servicing
On the engine side the oil and oil filter, fuel filter and air filter are replaced, while coolant level, antifreeze concentration, belt tension and hose connections are checked. In the fuel system the water separator is drained and the tank and lines are inspected for leaks, restrictions and contamination. Spare parts are held in stock for Baudouin, Perkins, Ricardo, Yangdong and Shanghai Dongfeng engines.
Electrical Checks and Load Testing
The alternator windings, rated with class H insulation and IP23 protection, are examined together with terminal tightness and earthing connections. The control panel and the automatic transfer switch are function tested, after which the set is run under load so that the 400/230 V, 50 Hz readings can be measured and recorded.
- Oil, oil filter, fuel filter and air filter replacement
- Coolant level, antifreeze ratio and radiator core inspection
- Belt tension, hose and clamp inspection
- Fuel tank, lines and water separator inspection
- Battery electrolyte, terminals and charging circuit check
- Alternator windings, terminal tightness and earthing check
- Control panel parameters and ATS transfer test
- Run under load with voltage and frequency readings logged
Service Records and Interval Planning
Every visit is documented: the work performed, the parts replaced and the measured values are entered on a service form. The next interval is then planned against accumulated running hours, and recurring faults can be traced through the history. On open and canopied (silent) sets, the enclosure, silencer and exhaust line are added to the checklist. Installation, commissioning and load testing are handled by the same team.
