Engine

The set is built around the SDEC SC7H230D2 diesel engine. The inline six-cylinder block has a displacement of 6.5 L, a bore and stroke of 105 x 124 mm and a compression ratio of 16:1. Turbocharged aftercooled aspiration raises charge air density and supports combustion efficiency. Fuel consumption is quoted at 47 L/h at full load and 35.2 L/h at 75% load, so tank sizing and refuelling intervals follow directly from the expected daily run time.

Alternator and Electrical Data

The alternator runs at 400/230 V, 50 Hz, three phase, with a power factor of 0.8. Standby duty gives 220 kVA / 176 kW / 318 A, while continuous duty gives 200 kVA / 160 kW / 289 A. The windings use class H insulation and the enclosure carries IP23 protection.

Installation and Use

The 3200 x 1100 x 1700 mm canopy dimensions allow the transport route and the crane opening to be checked in advance. The open version, with a 2400 x 1100 mm footprint, adapts to an existing generator room or to a custom enclosure.
