Yangdong 25 kVA Diesel Generator
When the mains supply drops out, production lines, cold chains and critical lighting cannot afford to stop. The Yangdong 25 kVA diesel generator closes that gap with up to 20 kW of standby power, and on sites that need uninterrupted supply it stays online at a prime rating of 22.7 kVA / 18.1 kW.
Engine
The set is built around the YANGDONG YSD490D diesel engine. It has 4 cylinders in an inline arrangement and a displacement of 2.54 litres. Bore and stroke measure 90 x 100 mm, the compression ratio is 18:1 and the engine is naturally aspirated. Fuel consumption is 6.2 L/h at 100% load and 4.6 L/h at 75% load.
Alternator and Electrical Data
The alternator supplies 400/230 V at 50 Hz in a three-phase configuration, with a power factor of 0.8. The windings use class H insulation and the enclosure carries an IP23 protection rating. Line current is 36 A in standby operation and 33 A in prime operation.
