At full load the Ricardo 110 kVA diesel generator burns 23.5 litres of fuel per hour, while at 75% load that figure drops to 17.6 litres per hour. For sites that plan their load profile carefully, the gap feeds straight into operating expenditure during long outages. With 110 kVA standby (88 kW) and 100 kVA prime (80 kW) ratings, the set answers both continuous duty and back-up service.

Engine

At the core of the set sits the RICARDO R6105AZLD diesel engine: 6.75 litres of displacement across six inline cylinders, with a 105 x 130 mm bore and stroke. A 16:1 compression ratio and turbocharged intake support more complete combustion inside the cylinder and keep consumption at 23.5 L/h under full load.

Alternator and Electrical Ratings

The alternator runs at 400/230 V, 50 Hz, three phase. At a 0.8 power factor it delivers 159 A in standby duty and 144 A in prime duty. The windings use class H insulation and the enclosure carries IP23 protection, a class defined against solid objects and against water spray arriving at a set angle.

Installation and Operation

In canopy form the set measures 3150 x 1100 x 1600 mm (L x W x H), while the open skid version occupies 2300 x 1100 mm (L x W). Outdoor positions can therefore take the canopied build and plant rooms the open frame. The set is manufactured in Türkiye, comes with a 24 month warranty and is listed under stock code NDX-RIC-110.
