Overview
Yangdong 110 kVA Diesel Generator
When the mains drop out, a production line, a cold store or a server room cannot wait for them to come back. The Yangdong 110 kVA diesel generator is built for exactly that gap: 110 kVA / 88 kW of standby power (ESP) to cover outages, and 100 kVA / 80 kW of prime power (PRP) for sites that have to run on their own supply for longer stretches.
Engine
The set is driven by a YANGDONG Y6105ZLD diesel engine. It is a 6-cylinder inline unit with 6.49 litres of displacement, a 105 x 118 mm bore and stroke and an 18:1 compression ratio. Air is fed through a turbocharged, intercooled intake. Fuel consumption is 23.5 L/h at 100% load and 17.6 L/h at 75% load.
Alternator and Electrical Data
The alternator runs at 400/230 V and 50 Hz in a 3-phase configuration with a 0.8 power factor. Windings use class H insulation and the unit carries an IP23 protection class. Output current is 159 A in standby operation and 144 A in prime operation, which means 400 V three-phase and 230 V single-phase loads can be fed from the same set.

In canopied form the set measures 3150 x 1100 x 1600 mm, while the open-type version is 2300 x 1100 mm in length and width. That makes both outdoor placement and generator-room installation possible.
